Step Into the Shadows

This October, we invite you to step into the shadows of The Phantom Soirée, a Victorian Gothic Halloween party benefitting Hope Community Resources.

• Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
• Time: 6:30pm – 10:00pm (doors open at 6:00pm)
• Location: Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center, 600 W 7th Ave, Anchorage, AK
• Ticket Pricing: $50 per ticket | $500 for a table of 10
• Age Requirement: 21+ only, as the bar will be serving spirited concoctions
• Accessibility: The Dena’ina Center is fully accessible; if you require specific accommodations, please contact us so we may ensure the evening is welcoming for all.

An Evening of Mystery & Magic

Guests will be welcomed into the Dena’ina Center ballroom for a night filled with eerie elegance and otherworldly fun, including:

• Hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and cocktails
• Dancing
• Costume Contests (individual and group)
• A Wednesday Addams Dance-Off
• Live and silent auctions
• Carnival-style Halloween activities
• Spirited games, such as 'Heads or Tails' and 'Split the Pot'
• A silent Halloween film
• Grab bags and raffles with frightfully fun surprises
• Photo booths to capture all the vintage costumes
• An awards ceremony honoring special guests
• And more!

Victorian Gothic Costumes

Guests are encouraged to dress in their most hauntingly elegant costumes, with a chance to win prizes in the Costume Contest in both individual and group categories. Think vintage, Victorian, or gothic—gowns of lace and velvet, cloaks and corsets, masquerade masks. Channel the mystery of a cloaked phantom, the dark allure of a gothic vampire, the eerie charm of a fortune teller. Consider characters from The Addams Family, Hocus Pocus, Phantom of the Opera, Sleepy Hollow, Dracula, or Corpse Bride.

Cross the Threshold

Mark your calendars for October 25, dress in your most vintage Halloween costume, invite your family and friends, and bring your spooky fun vibes to The Phantom Soirée. There are many ways you can help make the evening a haunting success!

• Attend as a Guest – Purchase a ticket (or a whole table) and enjoy an enchanting evening of dancing, costume contests, games, auctions, and more.
• Make a Donation – Planning to ghost us? If you can’t join us in person, send your spirit through a donation. Your gift will help provide access to meaningful programs and services for the people and families who choose our services.
• Invite Friends and Family – Spread the word and bring along your ghoulish crew to experience the night together.
• Share on Social Media – Help us reach a wider audience by posting about the event, sharing our posts, and encouraging others to attend, donate, or get involved.
