Community Financial Management Services
The Social Security Administration implemented a statute that requires community financial services to be managed by a non-profit organization. This prompted the shutdown of the organizations that provided these crucial services to our community. Seeing a community need and having the administrative expertise to support this need, Hope began the process of becoming a community financial management services provider.
We navigated the system to launch this service for our fellow Alaskans while building the capacity to meet the community's need. We're proud that this service is now fully available and accepting new accounts. Among the services provided are representative payee, bill pay, ABLE account management, trust management, burial accounts, and dividend management.
