As a bonus, you will earn up to $500 for every successful referral!

Here's how the program works:

  1. Refer someone you know to apply at Hope.
  2. Encourage your referral to note on their job application that you referred them.
  3. Complete and submit the Employee Referral Form below.
  4. If your referral is hired, you will receive a $250 bonus.
  5. If your referral reaches 90 days of employment, you will receive an additional $250 bonus!

And the best part? There’s no limit to how many people you can refer—or how many bonuses you can earn!
