60th Anniversary Celebration

The Alaska State Commission for Human Rights is celebrating 60 years of serving the people of Alaska! They invite all community members to join their anniversary celebration on July 26th from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on the Delaney Park Strip.
There will be games and prizes, and Commission staff will be available to answer questions and educate the public on Alaska human rights law. They will also open a time capsule that was sealed in 1993, and take comments and suggestions on what should go into a new one.
The event is free and open to all. Please feel free to pass the attached flyer along to anyone who may be interested.
