Network carries out Hope Community Resource, Inc.'s (Hope's)
mission by providing quality family-centered supports for children
who experience severe emotional disturbances and developmental
disabilities, as well as their families, within their own home
and community.

These
supports are designed and implemented by creating, encouraging
and promoting existing community and familial resources to gain
the support needed to serve the child in maintaining a long-term
bond throughout childhood. The supports are provided based on
cutting edge techniques that are proactive, non-aversive and
respectful to the child. The child's needs are seen in a holistic
manner, so that all areas are addressed and supports are provided
as needed.
Through
the team approach the child's cultural and socioeconomic lifestyles
are taken into consideration during planning so that family
and natural supports are the primary focus. Regardless of the
child's behavior or level of intensity, the team will continue
to explore options until the child's needs are met. Under no
circumstances will the child be involuntarily discharged from
Hope. Staff and foster parents are held to a high level of quality
that includes fiscal and programmatic responsibility as well
as a deep commitment for the child's overall well being. For
