to provide services and supports, requested and designed by individuals and families who experience disabilities, resulting in choice, control, and community inclusion.

In addition to adhering to our agency mission, all services must promote outcomes that promote the presence of the Ten Agency Values in the lives of those who choose our support. These values, which are pervasive in the services and supports provided by Hope, are individuality, integration/inclusion, relationships, security/stability, choice/preference, opportunity, dignity/status, self-advocacy, independence, and joy.
