Meeting the Needs of Alaskans
Jon is able to participate in a defined rural lifestyle because of alternative living opportunties, such as Hope's 4-Paws Ranch in Willow. He can experience working with his hands, with animals and the land.
Currently, Hope is the only agency to provide services on a state-wide basis through regional offices that are located in Anchorage, the Mat-Su Valley, Dillingham, Kodiak, Juneau, Ketchikan, Seward, Barrow and the Kenai Peninsula. Based in these communities, Hope also serves the outlying areas and numerous villages surrounding each region.
Over the years, Hope has expanded into other regions, opening offices in locations where families have requested its services. Accordant to their input and their education, Hope customizes regional service delivery to meet the unique needs and wishes of each community
