During his 30 plus years at Hope, Roy Scheller has been primarily involved in the internal management of the organization as well as in overseeing the growth and development of the agency on a state, national, and international level.

Michele Girault began her career at Hope as a Resource Specialist in the Developmental Learning Services Department. Since then she has held the Director position for several Community Support Services Networks, was the Associate Director of Anchorage Operations and is currently the Deputy Director of the entire Community Support Services Department.
"Alaskans are often asked 'what brought you here, and why do you stay?' The answers vary; family, work, the proximity to amazing wilderness, adventure etc. After working at HOPE for 27 years I am often asked that same question related to my employment; so in thinking about a career at HOPE, I hope my answer will give you some insight into 'who' we are as an agency."
