They listen to the desires and needs of the individuals, families and guardians, and work with them to design supports that are unique to each of the people who choose our services. Our employees have a passion to make our communities better places for all people who experience disabilities. Hope has been a part of Alaska for over 30 years, staying on the cutting edge of our field and striving to redefine the area of disability as our culture knows it. Like everyone, we have made our share of mistakes, corrected them, and as the years have passed, have found ourselves one step closer to the dream of full community inclusion for all.
