- Hope offers a variety of employment opportunities which include:

1. Full-time Employment:
A person regularly scheduled to work forty (40) straight-time hours per week.

2. Part-time Employment (Eligible for Benefits):
A person who works at least thirty (30) but less than forty (40) straight-time hours a week.

3. Part-time Employment (Ineligible for Benefits):
A person who works less than thirty (30) straight-time hours per week.

4. On-call Employment:
A person who works on a substitute or irregular basis to fill emergency or erratic employment needs. On-call employees are subject to frequent recalls when such situations or circumstances warrant. On-call status is defined as "waiting to be engaged" and such employees are not paid during the waiting period. On-call employees are expected to be available to work at least 24 hours a month.

5. Seasonal Employment:
A person who is either a full-time college student who works during their college breaks or a person who works in an industry where they only work during the winter or summer months and are hired to work at Hope during their off season.

6. Supported Employment:
A person who requests services from Hope to provide direct and indirect supports within the employment option of their choice can choose from a variety of services such as resume building, job exploration and development, orientation and training and follow along supports at community jobs.

7. Student Opportunities:
