Hope’s corporate culture is centered on membership, and who better to keep as part of that membership, than former employees and board members.  Over the years many former employees and board members have continued to stay in contact with the agency through various means.  Some choose to participate in Hope events, others make annual contributions, while others have remained friends with supported individuals and employees.  This is Hope’s way of recognizing they still have a place where they are welcome and valued.

The “Hope Coming” was the first step in actually formalizing an alumni network.  Coordinators of the project will be contacting those alumni who attended to determine how each would like to be involved with the agency.  Once this is completed, a formal plan will be put in place.
