Hope
Industries, Inc., a profit corporation, is a subsidiary
of Hope Community Resources, Inc. (Hope), a non-profit organization.
The purpose of Hope Industries is to provide additional
revenue to Hope Community Resources.
This
is accomplished through a declaration of a dividend by the
Board of Directors of Hope Industries, after a profitable
year, to Hope Industries' only shareholder, Hope Community
Resources. Hope Community Resources will use this revenue
to provide services to Alaskans who experience a disability.
