Direct Support Positions
Family Requested Direct Support Professional
This position provides direct supports to individuals experiencing disabilities and has been identified by the family receiving supports.
Foster Care Providers work with individuals experiencing developmental disabilities to provide constructive guidance and a structured and a consistent daily schedule.
The Individual Support Specialist position provides a vital role in supporting people who experience disabilities. This position involves supporting and assisting individuals who experience various disabilities with daily living skills and community inclusion activities.
On-Call Direct Support Professional
The On-Demand Support Specialist provides direct care to individuals experiencing developmental disabilities. Supports will be provided in a multitude of settings which may vary from day to day.
Administrative/Office Positions
The Care Coordinator provides planning and advocacy to individuals experiencing disabilities. This includes working with the person-centered team to coordinate services, facilitate meetings, quality assure supports, and author professional documents.
